Put it on a dyno, as you have a PC already installed it won't take to long to sort it all out.

i phoned the guy that fitted it, and he said he would try another map (but as northwind said, its just guess work)

so i will phone dyno place

Flat spots tend to be a weak fuelling problem. If you value your pistons, get it to a man with a dyno quick smart.
