i used to drive a capri and other capri owners would always nod, wave bib horn etc. you then had to quickly check out each others car, whoever's was least rusty wins!
nod on bikes too but you cant play the rust game really

I do all the time, even when I was on my way to or from work in my old job. As said already though, I think a lot of commuters don't do it regularly, either cuz they're concentrating on something else (i.e. the car in front) or cuz they get fed up of doing several hundred times on each journey!!

Most of the time i usually acknowledge other rider's(depending on the speed i'm going;))usually ignore moped riders though..lol.

ive only been riding for a few weeks. i started nodding after people nodded at me, but, i always now seem to nod at non-nodders.
so, im gonna try kick the habit :)

I Always nod, always have, I recon about 3/4 return the nod, don't bother with funky scoot's though.........:rolleyes:
