jpeg image file format. It's for pictures - as in photographs. Tends to make graphics fuzzy - as has happened here.
For graphics, as in, any non-photographic image, use gif or png.

Ahhh, mine can read it but point taken, that's probably why there are initially saved as png. I just saved it as jpg...
