They were the cheapest for insuring both my bikes by a long shot.
If the renewal is anything like close, I'll use them again.
I payed upfront for the policy and have changed my card since, so if they try and renew without my say so... good luck to them.

they are robbing swine's..... im just glad i never had to make a claim with them, now suzuki official which was about 50 quid cheaper

MCE = hot steamy dog poo

Done exactly the same for me, insisted they sent out my credit agreement, they never did, I am still waiting for it to be sent to me. My complaint gets better and better, honestly lol.

Been with MCE ages. Their accuracy with paperwork is not the best. It needs checking when it arrives - for example they once replaced one of my bikes with one I'd sold a year ago (otherwise we're just talking numberplate typos)

They did make the most almighty ballsup of automatically renewing my insurance a month before it was due with restrictions that made it largely useless.
It did take many phonecalls & 2 more versions of the incorrect documents arriving before they sorted it.

Final upshot I suppose was I ended up with about a month of free insurance (the month they took arsing around trying to get it right.)

This year went very smoothly - though I did make the poor chap read back every single detail.

Edit: Should prob add I've alway's paid upfront.
