and what proof would they have..

cctv is not going to catch me putting my toes on my pegs to lift my knee to just clip there mirror back

and im sertanly not going to hang around waiting for them to catch me up

im sorry but these people on phones need to know that we are about and in close distance of them

you can bash me all you want but at the end of the day its not going to change the way i feel about it

He has a point, especially as the police seem to be totally ineffective at implementing the no-phone law. And most of the other laws, while we're at it. Not bashing the cops, but the decision makers.

Hands on brake/clutch as well, when you see someone indicating - stop. You can't be sure that they've seen you, better to stop for a few seconds and let them change lanes than get hit.
Apart from that, remember, everyone else on the road wants to kill you ;)

It's just a matter of being a pacifist and not wanting to kill them back that makes a good biker :P

I'm not making anything up. I am taking what you have said in previous post as factual information and working with it.

At the end of the day concentrate on your journey, make a mental note they arnt concentrating 100%, pass them and move on.

There's too many c*cks on phones to do anything about them all, but when some equal nobber tries to block your path THEN you can start crunching bits of their car, after all they visciously rammed their car into the side of you as you were making safe and legal progress. Disgraceful innit.

Or indeed if they are on the phone and weaving a bit. Trick is to go past quickly enough that if they wanted to sideswipe you they'd have to be pretty on the ball.

He has no point at all, apart from he's an immature little cretin who will learn the hard way sooner or later, and that gauranteed.

You can't start talking about somebody breaking a law because its suits you at the particular time.

Kicking someones mirror off is criminal damage, leaving the scene is also an offence. Doing 100mph+ on your make believe private ****ing runway is also illegal but all of thats ok... becuase it suits you.

People need to calm down and get on with their own lifes... you'll lead a much more relaxing enjoyable life that way.

i aint bothered if it doesnt affect me, but if someone pulls out on me or has done something to p*ss me off then they are at least getting hand gestures.

if they try and take me out on purpose, then sign me up for criminal damage as i would not take that on the chin.
