From what I have found, its simply the money that the company offers for finding customers...

I work the figures out once for me...I got a Nokia N73 and an ipod touch with 300 minutes and unlimited texts was £40 a month over 2 years. For a phone at the time that was £150 and an ipod touch for £180.

I'll let you work the rest out ;)

I couldn't bother with Flashback deals, relies too much on being organised and the cashback Windows are small. I would contact T-mobile directly and see what they can do. Nick, I've had few issues in 6 years with them and they've been good to me. Certainly ok for connections

Rob is right, the free gift deals are never better, honestly.

Im still tempted with Phones 4 U, 18 month at £32 with instance seems very handy! Ill have to go talk to them in the shop and see what the deal is. It says phone would be delivered on 20th!? Strange. Might also wait and see what Orange themselves can do, they dont have the HTC desire on their site atm.

T-mobile seem a little expensive :(

I'm with Orange and wish to remain with them. I am very interested in the Desire but not in any Orange bundled software. Is there anyway I could flash it with a Vanilla (or similar) software setup?

Not sure :(

I know its a different phone but on my Sony i've turned most of the orange crap off... Dunno if you could do the same on the Desire. I hope so!

I'm sure there'll be a hack somewhere on the web!
