meh, (exhibit b) I'm not a tart, its a matt black 2.5 year old nitro helmet, storing it the right way up wouldn't help it any. I'd rather not have wet fabric or stone chips around my neck.
its not as if it lands in that position after ten pin bowling it at my bike. If I had a £400+ lid my opinion may be different of course ;) |

My old shark had a ratchet and worked still......but see what you mean. The other option is to use a cheap wire lock.
