Re: Short temper
Shortage of sleep definitely shortens my fuse. Add a dollop of frustration and I'm about ready to bite the head off anything that stays still.

Re: Short temper
I've got a short fuse at the moment. Very short. But only with certain people, mostly males. Females I seem to be much more calm around.
But to relieve anger I hit the school gym and pump some iron, soon gets the stress out. And if not, I hit the punch bags. |
Re: Short temper
Nice two threads moaning about it being too warm and having ago at other ppl about it, grow up its not that warm. I'll listen when it pushes over a 100 F for a few days. Myself and the guys I lived with coped with it in the US when I worked there....we had no problems.
Also trying wearing and carrying the gear I have to wear for my job for 12 hours a day, then getting home... |

don't bite your tongue, it really hurts

Re: Short temper
Hmm, what tends to make me grumpy is < 5 hours sleep followed by a full day or mores work. I also start getting grumpy if I haven't had enough to eat. I can be a little cranky in the heat but tends to be more if I am tired in the first place.

I inherited one but gave it up when I found out I'd turned into my old man.
