Yes, I think we're all aware of what Werner Von Braun constructed at Peenemunde, (didn't click your link - that's from memory ;)), mine was a sort of joke too - the last thing that engine could possibly be described as is a rocket of any kind.

Ah. That is the trouble with the Tinterweb. Sometimes difficult to assess posts and others knowledge, skills and age. My humblest................

The closest I came in style was a Kwak z1 chop. Not hardtailed not v powered. Straight bars. Heavy as hell but a great pose.

If that is a picture of the Carberry engine, that is a 1000cc lump, 55 degree V, and about to go into limited production in Australia I believe.

Well I have just managed to find a couple of J.A.Prestwich conrods.
I'll need to get a crankpin made up, but that'll be interesting!
