I'm sure I read something briefly about someone running the speedo off the rear wheel. Wouldn't know how to do this though.

if your serious about spending that kind of money i would look at Penske or Nitron.

if your OEM shocky is ok and not to many miles on it, it should be fine for the road but your front end will show it up.

To echo Bibio's comments, if you can get a Gixer front end complete, then bite their hand off. The clip ons probably won't fit, but there are a couple of alternatives. Everything else is bolt straight in, although you'll need to do the speedo conversion, which essentially consists of one of these and some of these.

With regards to what parts go with what from the Gixer range, I put together a spreadsheet that is near enough accurate I think, however you'll need to check before you buy owt as I take no responsibility for anything I say! lol

Oh and I used a Gixer K3 thou shock and it's brill.

I stuck a K7 1000 front on mine there a few months ago, so if ya have any hassle just let me know.
