Friday - Stay away from all forms of media - have sick bag at the ready in case I see anything of the RW. Try and go out for a looooonnng ride if it doesn't rain.

Saturday - Regain recently lost Brownie points by decorating - bite nails while one particular football score comes in.

Sunday - get more Brownie points by finishing decorating, sulk if the football score hasn't gone my way. Nurse hangover if it did.

Monday - Go on the Hastings run as long as I don't get lost.

friday - not much
saturday - out laws during the day, home alone in the evening and start packing for...

Sunday - ME AND 11 MATES OFF TO SPAIN FOR A 40TH!!! 4 days of fun in the sun (or rain).. cant wait wont wait

Thurs: Beers with pals and some FIFA action
Fri: Waiting for Virgin to come fit my broadband
Sat: New rubber for the bike then out for a ride then pub for beers
Sun: Chilling out
Mon: ride out to the lakes or somewhere with my mate
