No advantage, lots of extra weight on your bike, lots less weight in your wallet.

While twin cans might look nice, they are the best part of pointless - spend hundreds of pounds on something worthwhile, suspension would be my suggestion.

I'm certain it's my old bike. I bought it, lowsided it in the wet, rebuilt it, came off again (broke my coccyx - ouch!), rebuilt it again and then sold it to my mate Lewis. He let it run too low on oil on the way to a dyno day and blew the engine. I put the new engine in, still have the old one in my mates garage as a parts donor haha. It was absolutely mint when I sold it to Lewis with the cans and stuff on it. I put ohlins springs in the front too. God I miss that bike! :( I'll dig out some pics from when I had it :)

One thing, it apparently had a big crack in the swing arm!! I didn't know and was riding it like a **** for months then sold it and found out that way. I've got photos of it somewhere of, when I owned it. Those are from eBay before I bought it.

Jesus! Seriously?! If you can find a pic I would be interested to see that. It was a mess after the second crash.

This is a few months after my mate bought it and swapped the front headlight for twin spots.

Although the thread has progressed a little, Renegade did do twin cans for the pointy too (it's what's on mine) - however they closed and relocated to Portugal (or Spain, somewhere that way...) unfortunately.

Thats the one. Didnt come with the rad plastics. Those ended up on a bikini faired one instead. I remember seeig those in the faired one. Loved that bike really wished I never got shot of it. So much grunt on it. Only trouble was that you put Diablo's on it and the rear lasted no time what so ever.
