I want to make a gel seat for my next bike, how easy is it fix it all back in place once you have removed cover?? What tools do you need?

I was surprised what the gel seat consisted of when I took the original cover off - it was mostly foam with a gel insert cut into the middle of it, can't imagine that would be too hard to DIY providing you can find a suitable insert.

I recently bought a replacement seat cover from customcovers off eBay after reading this thread a few weeks ago. It arrived very quickly and was easy to fit thanks to the 2 YouTube videos he has. The only minor gripe was that I ordered the SV logo and got the Suzuki logo. I contacted him explaining the error, but that I was not seeking a replacement as they both look great and, well, my **** will be on it when I'm riding. He was most appologetic and thanked me for my understanding.

It must admit it has transformed my 99 curvy a treat. Others have mentioned that rear seat looks quite plain next to this, but I have a grippy seat on the back for my pillion sons and they look good together.
