Depends what group you are in but it is a track the a 1000 can be used even if not many people do.

My mate is on a S1000RR and a decent rider. That, coupled with the bikes power, anti wheelie and TC, customer suspension etc (and the confidence you get from it) there's no chance I'll keep up but I'm sure there will be other 600/750's I can have fun with let alone wobbly 1000cc riders.

I got there really early and it was soaked.. Wondered if I'd get a dry session in at all. It was still raining at 7am. By 9 it was bone dry :D Stayed dry to lunchtime so 3 sighting laps and 3 sessions. I was happy with that

Met a nice bloke on a curvy. He thought he was losing a lot on the straights but corners were coming to him just before we had a red flag in our session (the only reds were in inters!!) The 600 I was on was fine, didn't need a 750/1000 :D
