One guy posted exactly the same opening message to two of them that described his desire for water sports... if you know what I mean.

Well there's definitely something to be said for being forthrightly honest right from the off isn't there lol.

Its probably a bit late to find out a girl isn't up for it if you're mid-flow I'll give you that.

Possibly there's a middle ground between that and opening with it.

If you go to the 'right' dating sites, you'll find quite a lot of women who's soul aim is to get laid. In that case going in all guns blazing with your scat and harness fetish is likely to win out eventually if you play the numbers game.

Speaking from experience here. After the 11th girl asked to give me a smear and swing, I gave in.

Fixed for you

I used Plenty of Fish when I moved to MK as I didn't know anyone here.

Got chatting to a girl on there, 4 months later we're still together, she's even got a bike

Good luck :)

That's how I met Mr LPH. Well I was sober but he was off his trolley on booze and God knows what else. That was 23 years ago. The minute he sobers up he'll realise what he's ended up with and run for the hills!

Seriously though my best girl friend who I think is an amazing woman, stylish, pretty, clever and funny had been single until nearly 40. She's met a man though online dating and they've been together a couple of years and seem really happy. But she had some right weirdos along the way so don't give up if the first few are not right.

Tried it a few years back, didn't work for me. But I've met other people who've met their husbands/wives that way.

My suggestions would be:

Get one of your female friends to help write you profile. If there's wine involved don't submit it until the following day.

Get a spare phone & pay as you go SIM card. If you're unlucky enough to get a wierdo the SIM goes in an envelope at the bottom of a drawer

Always leave a note of who you're seeing and where before leaving the house

Always lock your phone especially if you're interviewing several candidates.

Clare, I met my Clair in a pub too, 15 years ago and she still hasn't killed me in my sleep yet :)
