Re: OMO Cordless Drills
I have a 18v Bosch drill that has done any job I ask of it cost me £100 and had a second battery included. Well worth a shot tbh

Re: OMO Cordless Drills
Just buy the P108 Ryobi battery for your existing drill. It lasts for a full day of drilling. its not the drill that's the problem, its the old battery.
I use Ryobi (I have the full set of everything) for commercial use and they work really well if you buy the top batteries. (and unlike Dewalt and Makita, no one wants to steal them ;-) ) |
Re: OMO Cordless Drills
Checked my makita today, it's 18v nicad.

Re: OMO Cordless Drills
I've been using the Ryobi one+ stuff for the last couple of years and my tools get used and abused quite a bit and they seem to be lasting ok. Originally came with Nicad batteries but I've replaced a couple with the lithium batts.
That said the hammer drill is starting to make some very strange noises now so it's probably on its way out but it has been used for drilling 20/25mm holes through brick walls Edit: the only issue I've had with the ryobi stuff is the chuck undoing itself |
