I've got a synthetic ACL at the moment - it was either that or donate parts from other areas of my leg! Which was already screwed so I kinda thought that was a bad idea - so did my surgeon! When, rather than if, it finally gives up the ghost 'donor' replacements are likely to be an option that simply wasn't around 15 years ago. So yeah, I'm curious. :wink:
