Patch 21-01-06 12:10 AM

Forgetting to send off my test certificate in 1990 which meant that i had to do the test again (with all the associated cost) in 2003.

Still got the 1990 cert I carry it with me in my wallet as I have done for 16 years now

Ah, wait, i know the answer now. It's deciding to paint my own bike. I'm sure it'll feel great when it's done, but just now I want to kill you all for not telling me not to do it.

My only regret with regard to biking is not getting into it sooner, I can remember in my early teenage years being desperate for a bike and my old man simply saying "if you buy a bike you are out of here" (our house) due to the fact he lost so many mate's to bike accidents when he was young.
:(

My folks said the same thing when i was living with them - " if you want to kill yourself , i will buy you a shotgun ".

Took me till i was 31 to be in the position to get my licence ( and like many people on here ) i wish i had done ot years before.

Still , ive got one now

:D
