If you look at one of the IPs from NTL, then that shows that he was on a Leicester POP which is specific. The ADSL via BT network ips are sometimes not very good location idicators as the way they are allocated to users is diffrent from NTL CABLE system.
The IP i post from shows me being is Edinburgh, Scotland, no its not. Im in south london. It usaly is the HQ location of the ISP thats providing the IPS. Again thats not always correct as i am with Eclipse which is based in Exeter. So realy odd. But Cable based providers usaly have a better location system as they use POPs around the country which are all properly alocated with RIPE.
