Well better than my post op therapy when "things" assumed canon b*ll proportions! Why complain you might think? Trust me the scarey discolouration and walk like John Wayne with drawing pins in his shoes wasn't funny.

Old Curry Finger suggested wrapping them with a tea towel filled with ice and gently applying a rolling pin! :shock:

No probs and not a lot of pain for me :D Just remember to wear your jock strap or they will swell :shock:
