Check my post above "k6 manual" go to what mattSV says n down load everything you need, thanx matt. As for the popping from the exhaust i believe it`s unburnt fuel gases that collect in your pipe and ignite after building up, nothing to worry about and sounds great :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Can I extend this thread to ask:

I got my SV K3 nearly a year ago on a 53 plate. It didn't require an MOT then. I am wondering when it will require one? Surely it must be soon, how do I find out?

Check the V5 for the date first registered.

I have run 4000 mile schedules since new. I now run 6000 mile schedules.

Just a small point on the MOT, as the bike is 53 reg(01 SEP 03-28 Feb 04), the chances are it has expired now!!!!!, seeing as there is only 1 week until the first 04's will start requiring the MOT!!!
Get it booked in and dont ride it unless you are going to the testing centre, otherwise you could get pulled and if you dont have a current MOT, you will be in a whole world of pain!!!
