i got a new bellypan from powerbronze for the 650 i just sold and the instructions were to put the front plate on the inside? it was a tight fit but it did go. i'll try and post a picture on for ya.

honestly it doesnt take long, just polish the pipe everytime you look at the bike and it soon comes good. :)

OK, After some serious downpipe envy (mostly yours Kwak)......3 hours later a tube of autosol, some glass sandpaper, alot of steel wool and 10 bleeding knuckles.
