Rossi can recognise true class when he meets it,and Stoner has it.
It takes one to know one.Stoner just needed to translate that class into a bit of maturity,and he seems to have done exactly that this year.He has that extra something that makes a champion,and not just a one off like KR junior or NH.

what a finish! Was waiting for Casey to buckle under the pressure from Vale....but he didn't. Great skill and greater maturity from Mr Stoner. Even though he has the extra power on the straight, he still did great through the bends.

Iam know many SV peeps only turn on to watch me in Moto GP race, but I wonder no-one watch 125 race?

Pasini attacking his Aprilia after once more it letting him down. Fastest qualifier in so many race but when time comes bike breaking!

His kick attack making that of Hopkins last year look like your Morris Dancing!;)

I also liked Koyama's late late dive for first place in the last section, totally screwed Gadea up and put him on the dust and marbles, he had no hope from there.

As everyone has already said, it was a cracker of a race. Stoner did well under pressure from Rossi and rode a good race to the bike strengths...but if he didnt have the power difference it would of been a different ending for sure...Pedrosa may have even nipped in front.

Honda and Yamaha(and even Suzuki :) ) seem to be catching up as the season progresses, so it will be interesting to see how the bikes match up by the end season and also how that knocks on to next season.

I for one am enjoying watching Rossi have to work so hard for points and suggest if the bikes are more evenly matched as the season progresses he be made to ride a mini-moto :) (closet Rossi fan...you cannot help but admire him)

FAO Pedrosa....stop looking/acting like such a sour faced grouch after every race..i mean you get paid to ride ffs. Win over the fans...perhaps take a bit of Elias' riding style on board and tickle a few farings. Also forget the signed t-shirt...any chance of fed-exing one of those Suzuki brollie-dollies.

I watched the 125 race last night... Bloomin' ace, as usual.

And go Bradley Smith... Shame he doesn't have a machine that can keep with the big guns..
