Re: AR12 Chat
We had fun on the Southend run too. More pies and hot donuts, I've morphed into Homer Simpson this weekend.
Now scoffing Stilton, crackers, horseradish and beet root relish with spring onions and a glass of wine, perfect. As most of you know, I work at that genteel sporting venue called Lord's Cricket Ground, home of cricket, striped ties, a nice glass of vintage port, ladies in frocks, and polite applause even when it's the opposition doing well. Am I wise in inviting Dave Preston along for a match on Thursday evening? |

Re: AR12 Chat
If anyone wants any of the recipes for the cakes they are all from the Mary Berry Baking Bible, which is the best cake book on the market.
I made: Chocolate Fudge Cake Coffee Sponge Cake Victoria Sponge Crunchy Topped Lemon Cake Cupcakes with butter icing Cupcakes with glace icing http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mary-Berrys-.../dp/1846077850 Happy to send over the recipe if you had a favourite. The cake toppers I ordered via ebay from Holly's Cake Toppers. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/hollyscaketoppers They also do brilliant large cake toppers made from your own photos printed onto icing. Here is Stuart's birthday cake last week. http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...72790780_n.jpg |
