Nice facilities. Just picked up some 3mm ally plate for free (my fave price), so if i get chance tomorrow, between shopping, changing m8's shocker, picking son no.1 up from work etc, i'll make a start cutting out. Ok, I may struggle a tad with the required bend, but being a fat bast. has its uses.

Thought it looked a bit "heavy duty" meself,but bein a full time carer for a disabled missis (read as skint), options are usually er not an option! I'll keep wombelling round people's skips.

It'll be right IMO. Might look a bit thick though, maybe "sharpen" the edges to blend it in a bit.

I just printed thIs off through an A3 printer (os = Xp Pro) and it scaled it down slightly? The 10cm scale was actually 9.5cm?? Anyway I right clicked and save it and then printed it via photoshop at actual size and its perfect. Good old Dad and his drumming in of the adage "Measure twice, cut once"!

I picked up one of these as opposed to a RSend and its better IMHO. I'll make a hanger bracket up and put it all togther in the next couple of weeks. :)

i used the numberplate hanger off the plastic parachute that was cut off, then just made up some bits to hold the indi's and bolted those on with the same bolts that hold on the numberplate..... saves money :smt102
