Re: fallout 3
Fallout 3 (got it on xbox 360) looks fabulous but there's something about riding a horse and sword fighting that feels better for me. The one thing I cannot get used to is the maps, they are so hard to read, Oblivion's were much clearer. But the more I play it the better it gets.
For PS3 I got Far Cry 2 and disappointed, now that can be a pain going from place to place for missions. COD WoW is just brilliant. Wish I'd got it for 360 as servers seem better but my mate only has PS3 and I wanted to do Co-op mode. Dont forget FIFA 09! |

1024x768 with medium settings isn't anything near the kind of hardware destroying full settings at 1680x1050 or 1920x1080 with things like soft shadows or reflective water enabled |

so anyway... back to fallout 3 - i finally decided to sit down and play for a couple hours tonight and after bit of exploration ended up at the: ***possible spolier*** GNR HQ, finally the game starts to get a bit more interesting, the mutant behemoth was fun and the temptation to ice one of the knights and steal their armour was almost uncontrollable;) |
Re: fallout 3
just bide your time oolong the mutant and hell kill a knight for you, also took wounded knights armour once he died.

Re: fallout 3
I just been looking at the armour and weapons available in the game. Its not got as many weapons as fallout 2. The armour doesnt look as cool and bulky either :(
The Super mutants dont look at ace as they did in fallout tactics. A shame! Might give this game a go eventually... |
