If I start to drastically put on weight, as in notice the difference (don't have a weighing scales in the house lol) then I'd do something about it but until then I'm not too bothered. Life is far too short to obsess about weight, I have more important things to think about like enjoying myself

I like food. Which maybe the reason I'm overweight (6"1 and 14 stoneish)
Started going to gym every weekday lately. Play football on a Sunday.

I've cut out the vending machine at work in favour of two pieces of fruit and pretty much completely cut out chips and anything like that.

Don't eat much chocolate.

Don't drink that often, but when I do I tend to have a fair bit...

See if my weight startsd to drop...

I find that i burn off my breakfast quite quickly, and right now i feel quite weak after my 7.45 bowl of porrige. I can eat massive portions of pasta, and i always finish my meals the quickest, though i don't exactly wolf it down.
Quite often if i have a late start to the day, i usually just have two meals, breakfast and dinner.
My BMI is around 23. The only time ive been overweight was when i was about 10 years old, but i was never obese.
