In fairness it's a bloody nice bike.
Worth considering by the sounds of what our conversation was like when you got it (or possibly a bit after), i.e it's got more available power.

Currently pootling around on a 2003 CBR600RR. I've got to be honest, I've never liked an inline 4 before, but I like this. It's comfy, very, very easy to ride and I can see it being a good all-rounder. Only letdown is the riding position for commuting on - it's not great for stop/start town riding (although definitely not bad).

I'm seriously considering picking up a newer model hornet having ridden it. I'm almost ashamed of this.

For somebody with a bit more leeway to play with on their license, it'd be awesome.

I've only really had a proper chance to see what it can do (within the limitations of my own crap riding!) once and that was up at Knockhill. It was utterly awesome up there, I let it down (shamefully!) on the bends, but it screamed past almost everything else on the straights.

Anyway, I didn't mean to so blatantly de-rail this thread for personal gain, sorry! :offtopic:

If it's the 2001 one, it's sold...and I meant 2007-onward ;)
