Oh no you didnt use that excuse did you? lol unless your an on call doc working 24hour shifts you've got no excuse for not having time to cook a meal.
There is nothing much quicker than a simple stir fry or random meat in pasta sause. They take 10mins to make that might be 8minutes longer than it takes to pop summa in a microwave but you've got a motorbike lol what ever your in a rush to get to, 8minutes can be made up en-route ;)

lots of exercise during the day will make sure you sleep well mate.

with my fitness levels i'll be sleeping 6 foot under doing that

I'm willing to place a bet that you spend a bit of time on your Xbox? I found that a great contributor to no sleep.

dont need to be fit, just knacker yourself out a bit. I'm not fit but when i used to go martial arts classes i'd be guaranteed a good nights sleep and class was only ever 1 - 2 hours max.

i have been jogging lately :D at about 7pm but crimbo has cause me stop it as i going home and i don't wanna get mugged

Get a yoga dvd and do that before bed. Guarantee that you'll fall asleep at the end.

i always had insomnia,, but found cuting out fizzy drinks.. swimming and goin to the circuit training once a week has helped my head and therefore my sleep..

used to take nytol loads but its addictive..

no telly in the room is good too.. but ours is on the wall in the bedroom.. oops.. so I read. love it- cant wait o get to bed and read me book.. well, after I sorted mandy out of course..
