dont need to be fit, just knacker yourself out a bit. I'm not fit but when i used to go martial arts classes i'd be guaranteed a good nights sleep and class was only ever 1 - 2 hours max.

Get a yoga dvd and do that before bed. Guarantee that you'll fall asleep at the end.

i always had insomnia,, but found cuting out fizzy drinks.. swimming and goin to the circuit training once a week has helped my head and therefore my sleep..
used to take nytol loads but its addictive.. no telly in the room is good too.. but ours is on the wall in the bedroom.. oops.. so I read. love it- cant wait o get to bed and read me book.. well, after I sorted mandy out of course.. |
