if the bike is on finance and written off tell them you will have it back or they will crush, they normally ask for about £100 delivery or whatever, but they cant sell it on when its on finance, and its your responsibility to pay the finance off, as long as you make payments there not going to complain. I found that out during my claim in Feb-June, West Midlands bus.

Good luck with the claim, if its anything like claiming from the bus the accident never happened, but then again the bus didn't stop, or get done for failing to stop....

thanks mate. how much would the bike be worth if i were to sell it on as it is? surely someone would want it to make a track bike? or is it not worth it? thanks

cheers for that mate i bought it outright so no finance luckily
