My mum said not to get that one , said it had the same basic recipe repeated over and over with hardly any variation . She swears blind by a book called "Pat Chapman`s Curry Bible" , I ordered it and the great thing about it is that it also includes a bit of history about the meal and the spices used and gives you an idea of regional variations too

I like to cook my own most of the time, some of the orgers have tasted my cooking and survved to tell the tale. your welcome round ours for a curry night
