At least the lasses in lads mags tend to have some decent curvature... a lot of fashion models look like they've been on holiday to Belsen.

My other half has the theory that more damaging then the lasses/fashion mags are actually the high street shops. All they advertising in the window show skinny models, and the clothes have an awful fit if you are not a fitting model, even if they are the sort of thing that should look good on normal to cushioned sized people. But I digress.

I wonder whether banning Photoshopping on the cover girls would be a more positive influence. I refuse to believe that everyone of them is completely free of birth-marks, cellulite, spots and freckles.

Didn't they manage to photoshop out all of Megan Fox's tattoo for transformers? I did wonder why.

Now this I agree with. Real women, warts and all. Of course, if a model did have warts would she be on the front coverher anyway...hmmm, a paradox?

Nothing wrong with a bit of titilation but it shouldn't be forced on people. Of course, you'd be better to read a decent book rather than gawping Carry on style at a bimbo with animal tissue injected in to their lips (she might have a PhD but it must be well hidden in that bikini), making out its the gadget/sports reviews you bought the rag for :^o

The amount of photoshopping that goes on is a scandal. They could make me look like Angelina Jolie if they spent a bit of time on it, when in fact I look more like a baby orang utang that's had it's body waxed and no sleep and that is on a good day!

Lads Mags cover up - opinions

What annoys me is that most of those folk are perfectly pretty, good looking as they are without all of the photoshopping! Ridiculous.

We had this discussion in work. How can women expect equal rights as men when they aren't built or programmed the same as men?

So what if a girl is wearing not a lot on a magazine. If you believe everything in the press, all footballers are £20+ million, the world will blow up tomorrow and we are all overweight.
