Nope. There are some women who truly are bat-sh!t crazy.

I suspect that there are more wierdos in the male population, but that might just mean that the women are better at hiding it. I'd also guess that the online dating world has a higher than average percentage simply because it gives them opportunities to indulge their proclivities.

So, the girlies should consider finding someone they can trust, telling their pal when they are going out, and texting when they get home (or decide not to). After all you wouldn't want to end up locked in a cellar in Ohio.

Yeah, i totally agree women should do it. Im not so sure about it being nessacery to let people know if you are a bloke lol...personally i dont know many women that could overpower the average man, so whats the risk?

You're assuming that what turns up to meet you will actually be a woman?

Men can be drugged as well! It really doesn't hurt to let a friend know your going to meet a complete stranger... Whether its an Internet date or simply selling something on gumtree!

Re: Internet Dating

Thing I would say about weirdo/finding a good 'un on internet dating is there is always a reason why they are on internet dating/single. if you figure out why before you even meet them it helps. If for example they are shy and fairly busy people, it's likely they are on internet dating to get past the initial awkward bit and spend less time to meet more people who they might find interesting. (what's the likelihood that two people whose favorite activity is reading are going to meet each other in a bar, even if their mates did drag them to the same one at the same time.)

If however their main hobby is clubbing or similar, you may find the reason they are single is because they are fugly and bat-sh!t crazy.

If there is someone who is into clubbing that isn't fugly and bat-sh!t crazy, they probably wouldn't be on a dating site as they'd get laid more often than we have hot dinners. Even if they're only a teensy bit fugly, alcohol does wonders for sexual attraction.

Yes Matt. Well done, for reiterating a point made just above you post.

I like to make things clear for those who may not have understood the point. And I wanted to make the alcohol joke :p
