So what would you say was your impact speed? Glad you're OK but I would be intrigued to see what your bike looks like.

That's just over 42mph if your speedo is as (in)accurate as the one on my K6S ;)

Yep, that would probably be about right. Although, it was just after decelerating from 56MPH - so I'm not sure how fast the speedo updates

Bit personal I know but how are your testicles are they black and blue? mine were after hitting the back of a Mercedes!.

Testicles? What Testicles? Oh! You mean those things I coughed up as I hit the car! :smt044 Nah, they're fully functional and not in pain (Thank heavens for that)

Photos of the bike, yes please post those.

Photos of your testicles, erm, please remember the U rating [emoji3]

So you have an impact at that speed, have a bike land on top of you and walk away a bit sore. I spent an hour teaching two little girls how to hula hoop at a bbq and spent the next 5 days in agony after my back took offence to all the hip swinging. [emoji35]

Ouch!

Low winter sun is a bugger! I think you found this out but when you can't see, it's not a good idea to continue accelerating.

Best thing about owning an SV is the amount of spares available cheap so I'm sure you'll get it back on the road.

must agree with you.
this time of year i always ride with the sun visor down that is fitted in my helmet.
the car driver probably slowed down due to lack of visability

Monday I'll have it back, I'll post a video because my phone is broken so I can't take pictures lmao. Or perhaps I'll borrow somebody elses for the time being :)

Haha don't worry, the jewels are perfectly fine, no pictures necessary ;)

Lol, it's funny how life works isn't it?

Yeah, I've spoken to him - he said he slowed down as he saw cars in the distance slowing.

Alex, don't know where you are in the country but see the for sale section. Somebody selling a Pointy there with a blown engine, might be the perfect donor bike for you.....
