Slight derail :
I shopped my brother to the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise for tax evasion (made around 1/2 million quid in 3 years and didn't pay a penny to anyone) and no-one took a blind bit of notice, he even ended up with a tax RETURN
(Long story, you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family :? )

PS. It'd be interesting to take a look at this guy's place as I pass through Tod on a regular basis.

I wouldnt be too judgemental about something you dont know the full ins and outs of... the long story bit indicates theres a bit of history that would explain it.

I see what you are saying but personally I couldn't , wouldn't shop my own brother .

ok hypothetical for you. your brother is a dealer supplying class A drugs. a teenager dies from buying a contaminated batch from him.

me, without question would go to police. there are just some things blood isnt thicker than. other peoples lives for one. my own conscience and ethics another.

again another hypothetical. what if you knew your brother had been involved in one of the terrorist attacks in London? are you seriously telling me that you would be prepared to stay quiet and let other people die for the sake of family bonding?

for most things I can understand, but others you have to draw the line and do whats right even if that is telling the police. if its serious enough then you would become an accessory and as equally guilty as him if you remained quiet.

You hit the nail right on the head there (highlighted text). The deed which he shopped his brother does not qualify IMO.

By the way hypothetical answer to your question is , he'll probably needto see a doctor first.
