Re: AR2013 Chat Thread
Did some roads today that I expect are on the route. Though perhaps not the one as we left Winchester that was about 6ft wide and mostly gravel, mud and potholes. Great on a GS and KTM, would be horrible on anything without semi knobblies on like an SV.

We're not promising every road will be swept and immaculately surfaced it we're certainly not off reading, keeping a close eye on job to make sure he doesn't indulge his predilection for fording streams, don't you worry. |
Re: AR2013 Chat Thread
I think it was Winchester towards Romsey on to Lyndhurst. Might have been a road off a dual carriageway towards Ridge.

Re: AR2013 Chat Thread
I suspect the only bit of the AR route you traversed was the walking from the West Meon pub back to your car. At the crossroads you would've headed north west to Winchester, which although is a great road, it aint the AR route. We chose not to include it because of the lack of jumps.

Not the best road at this time of year (or rather the time of year our weather should have been happening in) but not too bad in the summer. The AR Will be more, roughly, in the region of the South Downs. Which is quite a big old area. |
