Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.

I had the life frightened out of me today by a complete nutter of a biker.... Returned from shopping trip to Ploermel, went to drive up over bridge in St Gobrien (next village to mine) at 1915 hrs, and a rider on a red motorbike came haring over the bridge, just as I entered it. His helmet was so close to the road and his front wheel was very nearly flat to the road that I nearly wet myself when I saw him! It was a miracle my tyre did not clip his. God knows what speed he was doing, but the villagers were still looking in his direction when I passed the other side of the bridge! It put the wind up me so much that I was still thinking of it when I got home, unlocked the gate and reversed Pete's new car into the folding garage door.... I can scrub the nearly perfect Vauxhall badge imprint off the white door, waffle away the broken rear windscreen wiper, but have no idea what to say about the dent in the middle of the 10 ft long metal bar that runs the width of the door......

I see this thread is (not as active as it could be), giving the silent treatment.....

Judging from St Gobrien, I guess you are in france, not the TV. Try posting in the mega reeder thread, you may get more of a response.

Thank you, whoever you are, Tomor, for pointing me in the right direction - I now have to find the Megha Reeder Thread!

Ok - found the mega reeder thread - not quite sure why you recommended?
Want to explain? Just enquiring...... :smt019

This thread is an area specific thread. The mega reader thread is not region specific and a lot more people look at it

Indeed, I do understand what you say, however, whilst I am currently on my hols in France (and you obviously know where St Gobrien is located), I do, in fact, come from the Thames Valley Region, AND I know a little about the Sausage Factory- so there Tomor smarty pants!

Right it is almost time to get the bike out
It is being serviced and taxed at the start of April for its 6 months on the road

First track day booked as well for the 2nd June at Silverstone (International Circuit)

So who is about then ?

I would have been out and about this weekend but my parents were visiting...

Possibly heading down to Brighton in two weeks to watch the old chuffers cross the line on Madeira Drive. Just hope it's warmer than last year when the heavy frost meant the bike stayed in the garage and I went back to bed.
