Petrol is now under a pound a litre in a lot of places. Pity we don't have much chance of needing it.

Today I celebrated 40 years in the same job, badge and uniform have changed, but essentially still the same job.
What's more I still enjoy my work. |

It was sat for a year owned by a guy who was on a driving ban and never got to use it. He warmed it up and excercised it from time to time up and down the lane he lives on. A very muddy country lane.

I found an unexpected bonus of having hayfever in these days of plague. If, like me, you sneeze every two minutes on your daily walk around the park then people give you an even wider berth!

al fresco dinner. temperatures are now adequate.
it was home made curry and pilau rice with nan bread and copious amounts of larger. its weird with the lack of flying objects in the sky (Edinburgh airport) :-) |
