Anarchist cookbook is overrated and most of it more dangerous than useful.

Explosives are not an option in this case.

This has worked for me when we had a nest under our floor behind an air brick.

Buy a "Vapona" type hanging fly killer, the sort that you hang in a kitchen or conservetory and slowly poison yourself with.

Stick that in the birds nesting box with the wasps nest (Do this at night)

Two days or so later remove dead wasps and nest.

How about ....... getting an old Helmet bag , sneak out at night when it`s cold and those buggers are Dozy . Plop the bag over the bird box and pull the drawer strings tight . Next day go out in bike gear (just in case) and unscrew that box off the wall and drop it in the freezer , that`ll kill them all and preserve the Bird box too :)

OR ........ Big can of that Yellow Builders Foam , run up to the hole and fill that up quickly and seal the rest of the box with it too around the back and sides , they`ll die off after a bit of suffocation or something .

Get 2 cans of brake cleaner (for cars) that is NOT the new non-clorinated type.

With the little straw on, it will spray a good 10 to 15 ft.
Amazing stuff... Kills bees instantly.
Have both cans at the ready.

make sure you remember which one it is tho! Or you might forget and in another couple of years we'll see a thread entitled "my helmet seems to be full of dead wasps"
