yeah i think the KTM orange will look really good .... change the back break light for a smoked one and get the footrests assemblys powdercoated black .with some black renthals and black levers and black mirrors .

That is a nice colour and I've seen it on bikes howebver it's pearlescent so a little pricier.
There's a nice ninja orange too.

maybe a "flat" orange like the old mkII escort, to keep cost down? although i think it would be worth paying that bit extra

I can* but they're more expensive, think only colours left of the £15 ones are purple & alloy. Anyway I just read another forummer got some ultra lows off ebay for £5 - providing they're not made of coke cans that'll just bend in the tinyest off than it sounds like you'd be better having a look on there.

*(just by using my discount at the local shop)

Hovis - I'd pay it too tbh if you're paying for a respray you may aswell get it just right. For a non perlescent colour I'd expect to pay about £400 tops. Been a while since I looked into sprayers though.
