I'm with VT on this one and i enjoy romancing the ladies :P.

This year it'll be chocolates in the shape of a heart, a mug with pink floyd logos on it and a DVD of Dorian Gray. Also i'll be cooking Hobgoblin Steak and Ale pie!

Sadly i dont have VT's kinda money, and no doubt i'll get nothing from sib this yr!

Gets me tho is women always want to be treated but never give nething back. The best my ex's always managed was to buy some new underwear (guess where that went!), which is grand but not really ne effort!

This is Alpha Mike Alpha November Delta Alpha. Parts 1 & 2 of Operation Valentine have now been implemented.

Part 1 - Leave carrier bag in kitchen, accidentally, when Chris comes home.Carrier bag has evidence of Valentine present buying.

Part 2 - Leave Sv.org on at Valentine moaning message about BLOOD!

Evil plan parts 1 and 2 now deemed successful. Operation Valentines OUT.

this is so true, everytime i buy the missus flowers, she thinks i have done somthing wrong. (most of the time i have but its not the point)!!! :D

I never got valenties cards before i met maria

didn;t bother me, just ment i was already prepared for rejection and learn't to concentrate on other things

I know it well:

"I got you some flowers"
"Why? What have you done? You've done something haven't you?"
"No, I just thought that you'd like flowers"
"You're hiding something? What have you been up to?"

This goes on for several minutes until I convince her that I really haven't done anything (or she gives up and carries on privately believing that I have)

This is because you don't do it often enough!!! That way if you did it quite often and you really did do something wrong she would be even less suspicious.

But if I gave her flowers quite often, then she'd come to expect them and they wouldn't be something special. Male = can't win.
