Both my tanks are above 250 litres.
Visually, it's a nice amount of water and you can set them up for most fish to be happy.
From a practical side, I can do water changes on the pair of them in well under an hour.

The problem I have is cleaning the stones with the tool I have (a kind of vacume siphoner) is that i run out of water before I have finished cleaning and end up doing a large 70% water change than the 25% I would like to. I tend to now do this every 3 - 4 weeks now instead of every 2 weeks.

A bigger tank would be nicer so make this job easier actually. Shame, they cost so much!

If you bury the gravel cleaner deep into the gravel when you use it, it slows down the flow of water and still sucks out the cack ;)
