Were you driving like a granny.

I went out for a pootle at the weekend and spent £15.07 on 99 miles (£1.27 per litre).

Was on the R1 though.

I was doing 70-80mph all the way back, so I was not exactly going slow!

Even with a blat over the Cat & Fiddle on Saturday I still average over 53 mpg :smt080

I'm going to take my car back to BMW. My MPG is truly shocking. My old A4 was better and the engine in that was originally in Fred Flintstone's car.

Dodgy taste in colours Matt! But those are Truly Scrumptious! Me want, no can have on company scheme :( (I can have the 1.6 diesel if I was a very good boy!)

Does it shift in 140bhp form? Can you fit a bike in the back of it?

Re: Proper Petrolheads...

I have got a rack that will go on the back, or will just stick the bike in the back - the boot is hooooge. 140bhp is more than enough to still have a bit of fun, just flick it in to Dynamic mode and the throttle response/brakes/torque are all tweaked for added giggles.

The 170 diesel bloody flies but I couldn't really justify the extra £30 a month for it

my friends mum just had one picked it up tuesday and in true alfa style went back to garage 48hours later for brakes not working(due to wiring) and oil leak (not sure) and smoke from engine bay ....

but she still wants the car !!!! haha good luck and it is still a beautiful car !

Wipe clean huh?

Ideal for Matt and his incontinence problem.
