Of the many schools I went to, I only ever met two silly named people, both lads and both called Wayne.
One was a Carr and the other was a King. I think that they had parents who either did not like them very much or had a mean streak. What I remember of Mr Carr is that he was the first person I heard use the word Sad to mean uncool. As an impressionable youngster, fresh from being a brat at Army Brat School combined with an Enid Blyghton accent, to hear such slang was amazingly cool. Mr Carr could also belch out the word Bo*****s! I think I liked him... :D |

A guy from now-defunct Bizarre Creations (makers of Project Gotham games, among others) is called Stephen Cakebread. The closure of the studio has prompted the obvious 'you can't have your Cakebread and eat it'.
