I reckon that Paris will get it. They haven't hosted the games since 1924. They were going to in 1940 but instead they were too busy hosting the Adolf Hitler World Tour.

They mentioned this on the news last night too. Things like this always make me wonder why they choose such bizzare times. They must have a reason....but if they did it at 12.45 would the world blow up or something?
