I've just orgnized a minibus load of peeps from work to go,
planning on going on the 01/11/06,
ticket prices are 13 quid if you prebook, 14 quid on the door and parking for a minibus is 10 quid...

does anyone know if we can get tickets cheeper, maybe through BMF ?

Well I'm going up tomorrow the 28th with a mate from work.

Will be riding up and trying to get a demo ride on a Harley (well someone has to!).

Had a great day, apart from the ride back, the problem

I got to have a go on the Yamaha Supermoto school and would recommend it to everyone. Missed the morning session and only just made the afternoon session. Places are very limited (12 in the morning and 12 in the afternoon) booking for the afternoon took place at 1 I got there at quarter too but to guarantee your place get there at half past if not sooner.

Its free and all the kit is provided. They take you out on a couple of sighting laps before letting you loose for a session. Then the best bit is the final session where they teach you to slide  .

The guys who were doing the demo rides were also the teachers and they were excellent, well they even got me to slide it a little! The bikes are Yamaha WR450's this was the first time I'd ridden this type of bike and got on pretty well with it after the sighting laps were over, the only problem were the MX boots you have to wear, do it and you'll know what I mean.

The only down side was it was over to soon  , but it made up for the GP result.
