The wages of sin..... will I get out of work before Midnight?

QU2 Which bike to take home......

:)

EDIT: Thinking about it.... if I don't get out of work before midnight it'll have to be the one which has petrol in it :-(

You work far too hard (or really really slowly)! - but I do like the sound of your job. since when did producing metal compilations demand such dedication - thats just not rock and roll :smt035

Tonight I shall be pulling all the stupid faring from the front of the Dullsville just so I can fit the new speedo cable. Anyone want to give me a hand :?:

Didn't think so.

OR

I could fit my new chain and sprockets for bucket.

OR

I could put the new calliper pistons in.

Decisions decisions.

Sosha 14-07-08 02:23 PM

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.

I'd narrow it down to the bucket; who needs a speedo?

Speedo cable fitted. New front pads fitted. Rode Honda to work this morning.

Next on the Agenda is the chain and sprockets. The chain arrived but does not have a split link. Anyone got a chain rivet tool I can borrow :?:

Only one for a mountain bike, but that's about as useful as sugar on your bike :p

Maybe we should start a communal tool box? with tool's required for odd jobs like chain splitter/rivet tool? Breaker bar etc...

I used to fit the split link and then drive the bike down to the tyre fitting shop and get him to put the rivet link in. I've had a split link fail (yes correctly fitted) and don't trust them at all.

Get overtime/ time off in lieu - useful for impulse buying bikes etc.....

It's disorganised clients - release schedules are a thing to hang on the wall and admire until it should all have been at the factory a week ago - then they send us everything at once. :smt076

Should just about be done and dusted middle of next week :???:
