Only what's in the supermarket stuff 300g.They all seam the same, I'm wrong aren't I....

Well I think the strongest Ibuprofin I've bought over the counter from the Chemist was 400mg, might make some difference...not sure how much though

I'll have to check it's OK with my OA pill popping.
Best also check it's OK with intra-articular injection on knee for Tuesday.
All else fails there's Tramadol ;)

Getting ill at the weekend. Probably a cold coming but I'm so busy at work right now that I really needed a weekend to relax, not spend in bed feeling awful.

Technically not a gripe as i was rather impressed with it. But only just keeping up with a corsa on my way home tonight was an eye opener...

If not, you should have been able to keep up.
