I always wondered if you get really close to the car/truck infront of you on entering the zone whether you could avoid detection... course I would never speed... your honour ;)

On the subject of the test, I got mine done as quickly as possible as I heard that they are supposed to be implementing some eurotrash legislation that goes like this:

once you pass, you may ride a 125 for the 1st year, after a years experience you can upgrade to a 250, after a year on that you can go to a 500 and after a year on that.... you get the picture...

coulda just been the motorbike place trying the hard sell on me... if it was, well it worked :)

I have been known to "hide" alongside lorries on the section on the m6....;)

Indeed, I have used other vehicles in the past. Overtaking traffic just at the right time to avoid those pesky speed cameras. Always a winner. Not such a winner however if you have anyone following you through. At least not for them.

I got nabbed by the ones on the M4 about 4 years ago, averaged 64 (I think) through the 50 stretch of roadworks.
