I've never been there. Got within 5 miles of the place leading a rideout, then stopped to regroup as there had been one headlight behind me ever since descending the Bealach na Bà. When I pulled over the headlight went straight past me, it wasn't one of my group! Bollox! Turned round and rode back up the Bealach na Bà to find them all smoking cigarettes in the car park at the top. The second man had binned it on the way down.

After discussions with the SV Ecosse Events Committee (guys that came to the Xmas Beer Guzzling Session).

GM10 will be as follows......

GM10 - The Applecross Edition
Venue - The Applecross Campsite & Pub
Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd September 2017 (plus optional Monday add-on).

Full details will follow in separate thread.

It's really a Sunday add-on.

Full details to follow, but looks like....

Friday - Folk Arrive.
Saturday - Rideout up the coast to Ullapool via Poolewe and back via Garve and A832.
Sunday - Folk head home or a "Lap of Skye" for the Add-On people.
Monday - "Add-On"ers head home or anywhere they want to head (Lance)
